Dear Skiers,

Welcome to the 2008 Eastern J2 Championships and National Invitational!

The Jackson Ski Touring Foundation and the village of Jackson, NH are pleased to extend a hearty "welcome" to you - the finest young nordic skiers in the Eastern United States.  Teams from New York, Canada and Idaho have also confirmed their participation.   Jackson has held competitive nordic ski races since the 1930’s and we take great pride in hosting the 2008 J2 Championships.  We are planning a fun, challenging and fair event, testing the competitive efforts of each athlete.  Parents and friends will find Jackson’s race venue is extremely spectator friendly providing extraordinary access and viewing opportunities.

We hope that you, your coaches, parents and friends all enjoy our little mountain village and our winter hospitality.

We look forward to your arrival in March 2008.
